Twenty NFL players will appear on “Celebrity Family Feud” to win money for four different charities.
The two shows will air on July 3 and pit five AFC offensive players against five NFC defensive players in one episode, and then five NFC offensive players against five AFC defensive players on the second show.
The first show will feature the AFC offense – Brandon Marshall, Marcus Cannon, Amari Cooper, Jeremy Hill and Steve Smith – playing against the NFC defense consisting of Thomas Davis, Cliff Avril, Malcolm Jenkins, Terrance Knighton and Tyrann Mathieu.
The AFC offense is playing for the Active Minds charity and the NFC defense is trying to win money for Got Your 6.
In the second show, the NFC offense is comprised of Joe Staley, Marvin Jones, Teddy Bridgewater, Pierre Garcon and David Johnson. The AFC defense is made up of A.J. Hawk, Tamba Hali, Melvin Ingram, Von Miller and Malcolm Smith.
The NFC offense is playing for the Professional Athletes Foundation and the AFC defense has the Still Strong Foundation as its charity.
The shows will air at 8 p.m. Eastern on ABC and the players can win up to $25,000 for charity. Emmy Award winner Steve Harvey, who is also a standup comedian, actor, author and deejay, will host the program.
