Saints Tuesday Tidbits

News and notes on the New Orleans Saints.

--RDE Darren Howard had surgery on his dislocated right wrist on Monday and will be sidelined for 10-to-12 weeks.
   --WR Joe Horn does not have any ligament damage to his left knee, an MRI revealed Monday. Horn has a bruised knee and is day-to-day. He is listed as questionable for Sunday's game with the Houston Texans.
   --LDE Charles Grant has a strained left calf muscle and is probable for the game with the Texans.
   --DT Johnathan Sullivan is listed as probable for Sunday's game with a sprained right wrist.
   --WLB Derrick Rodgers was activated Monday following his one-game suspension for a violation of the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy. It is not known if Rodgers will start against the Texans or if second-year pro James Allen, who started against the Seattle Seahawks, will be in the lineup again.
   --Reserve LB Travis Carroll was waived Monday to make room on the 53-man roster for Rodgers.
