--WR Jimmy Redmond, who was waived at the final cut, was brought back Tuesday to bolster the special teams.

   --CB Jason Craft will keep his starting job although he gave up two touchdown passes against Carolina and was tagged for a pass interference penalty that set up a third one.
   --WR Micah Ross suffered an ankle injury on the opening kickoff in Carolina and probably won't play against Buffalo.
   --LB T.J. Slaughter missed the opener against Carolina with an ankle injury and the Jaguars aren't sure if he'll be ready to play against Buffalo.

   --DE Paul Spicer suffered an ankle injury against Carolina, but the Jaguars think he'll play against Buffalo.
   --WR Matthew Hatchette suffered a shoulder injury against Carolina, but the Jaguars think he'll play against Buffalo.
   --DE Tony Brackens wore down after taking 53 snaps against Carolina and the Jaguars hope to limit him to the 35 range against Buffalo.
   --DE Hugh Douglas was ineffective with his pass rush on Carolina's game-winning touchdown pass with 16 seconds left and the Jaguars hope to rotate him more to keep him fresher against Buffalo.
