Colts Post Game Notes

News and notes from week-three of the NFL season.

 --It may sound like a broken record, but the Colts coaching staff continues to be impressed with rookie WR Brad Pyatt's kick returning skills. Pyatt averaged 11.7 yards on three punt returns and 24.3 yards on three kickoff returns against the Jaguars.
   --OT Ryan Diem suffered a sprained ankle Sunday but the injury was not immediately considered to be serious.
   --OT Adam Meadows incurred a leg injury against Jacksonville. The full extent of the injury won't be known until Monday.
   --OG Steve Scuillo continues to have some soreness in his foot from a bruised heel. Sciullo started against the Jaguars and is expected to be available this week.
   --DE Dwight Freeney did not play against Jacksonville due to ankle and abdominal injuries but might be back in time for this week's game at New Orleans.
   --WR Brandon Stokley did not play for the third straight game due to a hamstring pull.
   --RB Dominic Rhodes may be available to play sometime in the next two weeks. Rhodes has been recovering from 2002 knee surgery.
   --CB Donald Strickland remains sidelined with a groin pull. He has not practiced with the team since the mid-July rookie orientation workouts.
   --CB Joseph Jefferson is not expected back for two to three weeks. Jefferson had surgery a month ago to repair a herniated groin.
