Packers Monday Madness

Packers team news and notes.

--RB Najeh Davenport, who was No. 2 behind Ahman Green in the first two games, didn't play at all from scrimmage Sunday against Arizona. Coach Mike Sherman said he was disappointed last week when Davenport put the ball on the ground three times.
--RB Tony Fisher replaced Najeh Davenport as the top backup to Ahman Green Sunday in Arizona. Fisher made a spectacular catch of a 23-yard pass as a split receiver and was impressive on special teams.
--TE Bubba Franks has been strangely silent in the red zone so far this year. Teams are paying a lot more attention to Franks inside the 10 and his production has waned.
--DE Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila has one sack in three games and very few pressures. "KGB" was paid an $11 million signing bonus in April but hasn't lived up to it.
--DT Cletidus Hunt finally made a play in the backfield in Arizona but still is looking for his first sack. In fact, Hunt only has one or two pressures in three games. The Packers gave him a $6 million signing bonus to stay with the club in February.
