TE Alge Crumpler (shoulder) suffered a strained right shoulder Sunday. OG Roberto Garza (ankle) suffered a sprained left ankle Sunday. LB Will Overstreet (shoulder) sprained his surgically repaired left shoulder Sunday. LB Chris Draft (ill) possible food poisoning. S Kevin McCadam (hamstring) re-aggravated his strained left hamstring Sunday. S Gerald McBurrows (shoulder/neck) re-aggravated his strained left shoulder/neck Sunday. S Cory Hall (knee) sprained his right knee in the first quarter of Sunday's game, he will undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the injury on Monday, Sept. 29.
BALTIMORE RAVENS: TE Todd Heap (leg) suffered a leg injury Sunday but was able to return to the game. FS Gary Baxter (shoulder) suffered a shoulder contusion Sunday but was able to return to the game.
BUFFALO BILLS: RB Travis Henry (ribs) worked out with the team on Monday and could play Sunday. FB Philip Crosby (cracked fibula) has been placed on injured reserve.
CAROLINA PANTHERS: TE Kris Mangum (sprained ankle) will likely be questionable for Week 5. LB Dan Morgan (hamstring), who sat out Sunday, should be able to play in Week 5. LB Mike Caldwell (knee) may return to practice later this week.
CHICAGO BEARS: LB Bobbie Howard (hamstring) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Green Bay Packers. S Cameron Worrell (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's, Sept. 29, game against the Green Bay Packers.
CINCINNATI BENGALS: RB Corey Dillon (groin) will likely miss this week's game against the Buffalo Bills. TE Matt Schobel (hamstring) will return to practice this week. CB Jeff Burris (neck) suffered a strained neck during the Bengals game Sunday against the Browns, but was able to return to the game.
CLEVELAND BROWNS: QB Kelly Holcomb (leg) is expected to practice with the team this week and could play Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. RB William Green (head) was shaken up during the team's game Sunday after taking a shot to the head.
DALLAS COWBOYS: ORT Ryan Young (knee) will wear a knee brace this week with hopes of overcoming the swelling issues he has suffered with in the knee. CB Derek Ross (knee) is entering the sixth week of his recovery from knee problems. P Toby Gowin (thigh), who strained his right quadriceps before the season, gave up his kickoff duties to K Billy Cundiff in the Cowboys game Sunday against the Jets.
DENVER BRONCOS: RB Clinton Portis (chest) is feeling much better and expects to be ready to play this Sunday for the Broncos. C Tom Nalen (ankle) suffered a sprained ankle during the team's game Sunday and his status is day-to-day. DT Daryl Gardener (wrist) status is unknown for Week 5. S Kenoy Kennedy (ankle) status is unknown for Week 5.
DETROIT LIONS: QB Joey Harrington (finger) is making it through the recovery of his finger injury. RB Shawn Bryson (knee) felt good Sunday after his knee swelled up a few weeks ago. DL Kelvin Pritchett (shoulder) made it through the game Sunday with a shoulder injury. S Brian Walker (hamstring) should be fine to practice Wednesday, Oct. 1.
GREEN BAY PACKERS: RB Najeh Davenport (ankle) did not practice on Saturday, Sept. 27, and will not play Monday night.
HOUSTON TEXANS: WR Andre Johnson (toe) will undergo minor surgery to have a toe nail that has been bothering him removed. CB Aaron Glenn (groin) couldn't return to the team's game Sunday against the Jaguars after suffering a sprained groin.
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: RB Edgerrin James (back) did some light work on Monday, Sept. 29, and may be back for Week 5. WR Brandon Stokley (hamstring) remains out indefinitely with hamstring problems. PR/KR Brad Pyatt (leg) suffered a bruised leg during Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS: QB Mark Brunell (elbow) said he'll be healthy enough to play this weekend but head coach Jack Del Rio is expected to start rookie Byron Leftwich. CB Kiwaukee Thomas (groin) remains doubtful for Week 5. LB Eric Westmoreland (knee) is still bothered by a knee problem and is questionable for the Jaguars Sunday. LB Keith Mitchell (neck) will be evaluated on Wednesday.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS: DT John Browning (shoulder) suffered a left shoulder sprain during Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. DE Vonnie Holliday (groin) suffered a strained groin Sunday, but the injury isn't believed to be serious. LB Mike Maslowski (knee) suffered a right knee sprain during Sunday's, Sept. 28, game against the Baltimore Ravens. His status has yet to be updated.
MIAMI DOLPHINS: QB Brian Griese (toe) could return as the team's third quarterback this week. C Tim Ruddy (knee) underwent knee surgery and may not practice all week. OLT Mark Dixon (ankle) practiced Monday, Sept. 29, and could be in uniform during Week 5.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS: QB Daunte Culpepper's (back) back tightened up in pre-game and will be listed as questionable for Week 5. WR Randy Moss (back) is expected to undergo an MRI on his back Monday, Sept. 29. WR D'Wayne Bates' (foot) injury to his foot has not improved much and he will be listed as questionable for Week 5. TE Jim Kleinsasser (abdominal) suffered an abdominal bruise Sunday and went to the hospital for tests. He is listed as day-to-day. DT Billy Lyon (calf) did not play during the Week 4 game against the San Francisco 49ers, but he is expected to return to the field in Week 5. LB Raonall Smith (hamstring) suffered a strained hamstring Sunday. LB Greg Biekert (ribs) bruised his ribs Sunday.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: QB Tom Brady (shoulder) continues to suffer with shoulder and elbow issues and was spotted with ice packs on his right shoulder/arm. RB Kevin Faulk (undisclosed) left Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. WR Bethel Johnson (leg) left the game Sunday after suffering a leg injury. WR David Patten (leg) is improving and could play this Sunday. LB Tedy Bruschi (arm) injured his arm during Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: WR Michael Lewis (groin) suffered a groin injury Sunday. TE Ernie Conwell (knee) suffered a bruised left knee Sunday. OG LeCharles Bentley (knee) suffered a sprained knee Sunday. OG Wayne Gandy (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury Sunday. DT Kenny Smith (knee) suffered a sprained right knee Sunday. S Tebucky Jones (groin) suffered a groin injury Sunday.
NEW YORK GIANTS: DT Keith Hamilton (hamstring) is close to returning to the team this week.
NEW YORK JETS: WR Wayne Chrebet (knee) has a right knee sprain and he will be limited in practice this week. C Kevin Mawae (knee) played through a knee sprain Sunday. OG Dave Szott (knee) has a right knee injury and he will be limited in practice this week. CB Ray Mickens (arm) suffered an injury to his left biceps during Sunday's game.
OAKLAND RAIDERS: WR Jerry Porter (abdominal) wants to play in the team's next game, but it doesn't look likely at this time. LB Bill Romanowski (concussion) is contemplating retirement. The team says he's day-to-day but reports state he could elect to hang up the cleats.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: QB Donovan McNabb (thumb) suffered a thumb sprain but should not be hampered in practice this week. C Hank Fraley (foot) suffered a bruised foot Sunday. OL Germaine Mayberry (elbow) suffered an elbow strain Sunday. DT Corey Simon (ribs) suffered a rib strain Sunday. DE Brandon Whiting (hamstring) should return to practice. LB Keith Adams (concussion) is day-to-day after suffering a concussion Sunday. CB Troy Vincent (hamstring) suffered a hamstring strain Sunday and is listed as day-to-day. CB Bobby Taylor (foot) is making progress in his recovery from plantar fascitis and is about two-weeks away from playing. CB Sheldon Brown (ankle) suffered a slight ankle sprain Sunday, but should be fine.
PITTSBURGH STEELERS: TE Jerame Tuman (concussion) should be
able to go this week vs the Browns. OT Marvel Smith (shoulder) is day to day.
