Jags & Douglas: At the breaking point?-Developing

Breaking!-As NFL teams trim their rosters to prepare for the regular season, several veterans may find themselves temporarily out of a job.

Jaguars' projected starting defensive end Hugh Douglas has been told by the club that he has been released. His replacement hasn't been named but the likely candidates are second-year end Brandon Green, backup end Lionel Barnes, or 2004 seventh-round pock Bobby McCray

Douglas's agent Drew Rosenhaus has already started calling teams see what interest there is for his client. One of those teams is likely Philadelphia where he played from 1999-2002.
