SEPTEMBER SCOUTING REPORTS
The Good: Fluid, natural receiver with great football sense. Good eye-hand coordination, looks the pass in and does a tremendous job extending his hands and consistently catching the ball away from his body. Goes over the middle of the field, keeps his focus and concentration while making the difficult grab. Catches the ball in stride down the sidelines or across the field, adjusts well to the pass and soft hands. Uses his body to shield away opponents and protect the pass while also making himself an available target for his quarterback. Gets involved in the game and the "go-to" guy who's on the same page as his quarterback. Times and anticipates his receptions well and looks to pick up positive yardage running after the catch.
The Bad: Lacks the great speed or ability to get separation down the flanks and not quick.
The Skinny: Very productive and a great football player in every sense of the word.
