Live From Miami Hurricane Pro Day Updated at 6:30

All throughout the day we will be posting live updates from the Hurricanes pro day in Coral Gables. The weather today for the workout has not been good -- 60 degrees and drizzling.

Complete update on the Hurricanes pro day in Coral Gables, which also featured former Central Florida defender Rashad Jeanty as well as Oklahoma State running back Vernand Morency.

Antrel Rolle posted solid timings in the mid-4.4 area (4.45 and 4.45 hand timed) with a vertical jump of 38 inches. Rolle ran a 3.97/3.99 short shuttle. The Kansas City Chiefs are very high on Rolle while the Titans, Vikings and Jaguars have also spent significant time with him.

Receiver Roscoe Parrish was faster than at the combine as his times clocking in the mid-4.3-area (4.37-4.38), though some also had him at 4.40 and a 36-inch vertical jump.

Frank Gore was a bit slow during his running. Updated times have him in the 4.60 area at 208 pounds (his weight last Thursday morning at the combine was 217 pounds). Gore caught the ball extremely well and impressed with his hands. He completed 15 reps on the bench and posted a 32-inch vertical jump as well as 11.31 in the long shuttle.

The teams who showed the most interest in Gore included Jacksonville, Arizona, Philadelphia, Tampa and Chicago, and the Dolphins plan on bringing him in for another workout in April.

Chris Myers ran the forty in 5.10 with a 32-inch vertical jump. He is suffering from a hamstring injury.

Brock Berlin ran in the high 4.9's and had a 30-inch vertical.

Santonio Thomas did 20 reps on the bench. He ran near 5.10 for both his forties. The Ravens showed a lot of interest in Thomas.

Talib Humphrey did not finish his workout as he pulled a leg muscle in the middle of his first forty. He has had this injury during the season and has only been working out three days a week to prepare for his pro day.

Backup quarterback Derrick Crudup was worked out as cornerback.

Former Central Florida defensive end/linebacker Rashad Jeanty ran well at 4.68/4.72, weighing 236 pounds. He also turned in a 6.83 three-cone but did not bench.

Oklahoma State running back Vernand Morency was slower than expected at 4.62. Many scouts felt he was outdone by Gore this morning.

Edgerrin James, who was on hand, is expecting a long holdout and does not expect to be in camp anytime soon. James pointed out how he did not show up to camp until August 12 the last time his contract was in negotiation yet he still led the league in rushing. James emphatically stated he would not report to the Colts facility unless he has an extended contract.

Compared to recent years, the attendance by pro people was "bad." No head coaches were on hand. Usually this day brings in close to 200 scouts, coaches and general managers, yet this year there were less than 100 on hand. The start of free agency, as well as only one first-round pick on the field as compared with as many as six in recent years, was cited as the cause.

Out in Missouri, running back Damien Nash weighed 218 pounds and posted a 4.46/4.50 while also completing 19 reps on the bench at 225 pounds.
