Positives: Quick, explosive defensive lineman who could develop into a left end in the NFL. Gets off the snap with a great first step, bends his knees and plays with leverage. Used at defensive end during the Senior Bowl and displayed great speed off the edge.

Negatives: Undersized and driven off the line by opponents. Marginal run defender.

Analysis: An alert lineman and instinctive football player, Verdon offers decent upside for the next level. His combination of athleticism, explosion, and smarts could help him see action as a rookie in the NFL.
