School: Oklahoma State
Ht: 6-5 Wt: 261 40: 4.82 Year: 4Sr
Bio: Three-year starter awarded All-
Conference and All-Academic honors since
his sophomore campaign. Posted 18/264/1
as a senior after 12/129/2 the prior year.
Athletic tight end with solid size/speed numbers.
Adequate pass catcher who adjusts to
the errant throw, makes the reception in stride,
and occasionally make plays in the secondary.
Takes a pounding and holds onto the ball.
Looks the pass into his hands and displays
good concentration. Leverage blocker who
stays square and jolts opponents at the point
Negatives: Not quick releasing off the line
and slowed by opponents jams. Lacks pure
blocking strength and cannot finish.
A solid-looking prospect at face value, Bajema
has been marginally productive the past three
seasons. Offers growth potential and runs
well for his size, yet must quickly pull the
pieces together if he's to be anything other
than a career backup in the NFL.
