'06 NFL Draft Watch: Tulsa

Three points away from pulling an upset over Boise State last year, the Golden Hurricanes hope to improve on a four win season . The team has a trio of prospects to watch on the offensive side of the ball.

Scouting C-USA: Tulsa

Garrett Mills is a versatile prospect that lines up at both tight end and fullback. Intelligent, Mills displays excellent blocking vision and gives top effort for 60-minutes. A solid position blocker, Mills adjusts to defenders and displays explosion at the point of attack. Also effective catching the ball, Mills extends to pull the pass from the air, making the reception away from his frame. Size is a problem for Mills who is small for both positions he plays in college. He could ultimately be used as an H-back at the next level. Receiver Ashlan Davis is a hard working pass catcher with good focus and concentration. An explosive return specialist, the ability to alter the momentum of games with big plays could get him looks in the late rounds. Running back Uril Parrish is an undersized yet a hard working back who will get free agent consideration.
