Scouting the GMAC Bowl

Pre-season favorites to win Conference USA during their inaugural season, UTEP suffered an unexpected loss in the final week and finished second in their division. Toledo once again returns to the post-season. Numerous mid-to-late round picks will be on the field for this one.
