Scouting the Liberty Bowl

In typical Pat Hill fashion, Fresno State almost pulled a huge upset over USC late in the year then followed up with a pair of clunkers against Nevada and Louisiana Tech to finish the season. Tulsa played consistent football all year then squeaked into the C-USA title game.
