NFL and College Visit Notebook and Analysis's Adam Caplan and Tony Pauline check in with the latest on player visits and team interests as we get closer to the NFL draft.

Henry Interest Heating Up

University of Arizona RB Chris Henry will be a very busy man the next two weeks. He met with the Cleveland Browns on Monday, is flying to meet with the Dallas Cowboys Tuesday, and has an appointment with the Atlanta Falcons on Wednesday. Henry then makes the long flight back to Arizona for an on campus workout with the New England Patriots on Thursday. A league source told that the St. Louis Rams and Miami Dolphins are also expected to work him out privately.

The Tennessee Titans, who are looking for running back help, are expected to work out Henry on campus before the draft. Among the contingent from the team that are expected to be on hand are head coach Jeff Fisher and offensive coordinator Norm Chow.

We will update Henry's visits next week. Henry presently ranks as a mid-second round selection.

Jarrett Still Finding Interest

Despite a lackluster 40-time last week, USC WR Dwayne Jarrett is finding interest from teams and has four visits set up for this month thus far.

As first reported a few weeks ago, Jarrett will visit the Dallas Cowboys (Thursday), Tennessee Titans (April 15), and New York Giants (April 17).

The fourth team was added a few days ago and that will be the Pittsburgh Steelers (April 13).

While it may be a little surprising that the Steelers would have a visit with a receiver that's projected in the first round (considering they spent a first-round pick on one last year), a league source points out that offensive coordinator Bruce Arians will be using a lot more multiple receiver sets in his scheme this season.

Tennessee's Interest in Running Backs is Increasing

Not only are the Tennessee Titans looking for running back help, they're looking at younger and older players at the position. As first reported Saturday, the club will bring in veteran RB Corey Dillon in for a visit which has been confirmed for Wednesday. On Monday, they brought in restricted free agent RB Michael Turner and they've also expressed strong interest in re-signing RB Chris Brown.

While it's been reported elsewhere that the Buffalo Bills have interest in signing Brown, a league source told that the team's interest isn't very strong and they will likely pass on signing him.

Kolb Moving Up?

University of Houston QB Kevin Kolb had a private workout with the New England Patriots last week immediately following his pro day workout. Kolb threw 80 passes for the Patriots and was very accurate all day. Most impressive was the fact Kolb was asked to throw patterns and passes which were completely different from those run during his pro day. Kolb will be making an official visit to the Oakland Raiders in the middle of April. Kolb is battling Trent Edwards to be the third signal caller drafted.

Kolb really helped himself with a solid string of practice performances during Senior Bowl week. In fact, two teams that talked to recently believe Kolb now projects as a clear first day selection.

Clayton Has Visits

Kansas State RB Thomas Clayton will be visiting the San Francisco 49ers in the coming weeks and is scheduled to workout privately for the Green Bay Packers.

Clayton was a late addition to Senior Bowl week and opened some eyes during practices with his speed but he struggled a bit catching the ball out of the backfield.

WR Joe Fernandez of Fresno State is also meeting with the Seattle Seahawks on April 10th.

Defensively, the Seattle Seahawks also have a visit with Washington St. DE Mkristo Bruce lined up. They also worked out NW Oklahoma St. DT LeRon Harris out privately recently.

Dawson Attracting Interest

Texas Tech's Keyunta Dawson, who is being given consideration as both a one gap defensive end and outside linebacker, also has three confirmed visits set up. Dawson will meet with the Indianapolis Colts this week, the Jacksonville Jaguars on April 17th, and the Cincinnati Bengals on April 19th. He also has a tentative date to meet with the Houston Texans on April 20th.
