Tom Marino' 2008 All Rookie 2nd Team Offense

You have to be impressed with the way quarterback Matt Ryan has performed in this his rookie season with the Falcons. He's poised, plays within himself and has proven to be an accurate passer. Chris Johnson is already one of the leagues top runners and tackles Otah and Baker performed like veterans

WR – Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers

Going to very valuable inside receiver prospect for a very long time in this league

WR – Donnie Avery, St. Louis Rams

Explosive receiver with the speed to get on top of a defender very quickly and catch the deep ball

TE – Dustin Keller, New York Jets

One dimensional player who is a real threat in the slot or motioned – impressive hands and ability to adjust

OT – Sam Baker, Atlanta Falcons

Very smart with good ability to make adjustments on the move

OT – Jeff Otah, Carolina Panthers

I like his feet, use of hands and recoveries – Needs to work on keeping his pads down and finishing more consistently.

OG – Carl Nicks, New Orleans Saints

Big and extremely strong and physical – Attitude has always been a limiting factor, but when he's right, he's special. Not a quick reader

OG – Jeremy Zuttah, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Not there yet, but this player has very good physical tools – Not a natural knee bender

OC – Jamey Richard, Indianapolis Colts

Impressed during his baptism under fire – very tough and physical player

QB – Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons

Could easily be interchanged with Flacco – I like his stroke and composure when the bullets starting flying

RB – Chris Johnson, Tennessee Titans

Exactly what Reggie Bush was supposed to be – excellent receiver, runner, and returner

RB – Jonathan Stewart, Carolina Panthers

Excellent work in a complimentary role for the Panthers – tough inside banger, with speed and power

RS – Kevin Robinson, Kansas City Chiefs

reminds me a great deal of Bears former return great Ron Smith – Has a knack, courageous and tough
