Scout Watch: Indiana State at Louisville

With the college football season starting this week,'s Chris Steuber has the latest and confirms that six NFL teams will attend Louisville's home opener.

Dempsey emerged as Louisville's top tackler in his first year with the team.
Louisville Football has confirmed that representatives from the Cleveland Browns, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots, St. Louis Rams and Tennessee Titans will be in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday night to see a game that doesn’t feature any top level prospects, as Louisville hosts Indiana State.

The top prospect featured in this contest is Louisville middle linebacker Jon Dempsey, who led the team in tackles with 80. A former JUCO transfer from the College of Sequoias, Dempsey is an undersized defender who displays good instincts, outstanding tackling technique and a nose for the ball. Another solid defensive player for the Cardinals is free safety Richard Raglin. At 6-foot-1, 202 pounds, Raglin played in just three games last season after suffering a severe wrist injury. A fifth year senior, who delivers hard hits and possesses solid leadership qualities, Raglin looks to have a breakout year and elevate his draft status.

An under the radar prospect in this game is Indiana State strong safety Donye McCleskey. At 5-foot-11, 215 pounds, McCleskey had 98 tackles last season for the Sycamores, and playing well against a team like Louisville, who usually has a strong contingent of NFL scouts at their games, will get him noticed.
