High-priced veterans are still being released and rosters are still being reshaped. Last Updated: Sunday at 12:43 PM ET.

Arizona Cardinals

Tuesday: Re-signed S Matt Ware.

Comments: He'll compete for time again at free safety. Ware started his career off as a cornerback.

Atlanta Falcons

Baltimore Ravens

Buffalo Bills

Wednesday: Signed RB Walter Mendenhall.

Thursday: Re-signed TE Derek Schouman.

Comments: He signed as an undrafted free agent last year. Mendenhall spent time with the Eagles in the offseason in 2009 and saw time with the Colts before the regular season began.

Schouman signed his one-year RFA tender.

Carolina Panthers

Tuesday: Signed K Todd Carter.

Comments: He'll vie for a job as a kickoff specialist.

Denver Broncos

Detroit Lions

Monday: Traded DE Robert Henderson and a 2010 fifth-round pick to the Seattle Seahawks for G Rob Sims and a 2010 seventh-round pick, signed CB Dante Wesley.

Tuesday: Re-signed S Ko Simpson.

Comments: Sims will give the Lions solid depth at the guard position and should be able to push Manny Ramirez for a starting job this season.

Wesley, who signed a two-year deal, figures to see most of his playing time on special teams.

Simpson signed his one-year RFA tender offer.

Green Bay Packers

Monday: Re-signed OL Jason Spitz.

Comments: He's expected to compete for the starting left guard spot.

Houston Texans

Tuesday: Re-signed RB Ryan Moats.

Wednesday: Signed K Neil Rackers.

Comments: Rackers will compete against Kris Brown for the kicker job.

Moats showed enough last season that he should be in the mix for a role on the first three spots on the running back depth chart.

Indianapolis Colts

Friday: Waived RB Chad Simpson.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Monday: Re-signed CB William Middleton.

Comments: He was an exclusive-rights free agent.

Kansas City Chiefs

Miami Dolphins

Minnesota Vikings

New England Patriots

Monday: Signed DL Damione Lewis.

Comments: He'll play end and tackle in New England's 3-4 defensive scheme.

New Orleans Saints

Comments: Whimper signed his one-year RFA tender.

New York Jets

Tuesday: Signed K Clint Stitser.

Oakland Raiders

San Francisco 49ers

Seattle Seahawks

Monday: Traded G Rob Sims and a 2010 seventh-round pick to the Detroit Lions for DE Robert Henderson and a 2010 fifth-round pick, released TE John Owens, waived RB Xavier Omon.

Comments: Sims' trade leaves the team a bit thin on depth at the guard position. 2007 fourth-rounder Mansfield Wrotto is expected to start.

Owens lost his job to veteran TE Chris Baker. Omon wasn't needed after the team signed QB Quinton Ganther.

St. Louis Rams

Monday: Released QB Marc Bulger.

Comments: Veteran QB A.J. Feeley becomes the starter for now.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tennessee Titans

Washington Redskins

Monday: Signed RB Willie Parker.
