Texans Have Workout Set Up With Stanford's Devon Cajuste

The Houston Texans have a workout set up with Stanford's Devon Cajuste.

The Houston Texans will continue to evaluate prospects and they have a private workout set up with senior, Devon Cajuste, according to reports from Jared Tokarz. A wide receiver for the Cardinal, Cajuste projects to be an H-Back or tight end at the NFL level.

His senior season, Cajuste had 27 receptions for 383 yards and three touchdowns in 13 games, which garnered him All-Pac 12 honors. As a fifth-year senior, Cajuste totaled 90 receptions for 1,589 yards and 14 touchdowns in his career with Stanford.

At 6'4" and 234 lbs., Cajuste has the size to create mismatches inside the red zone when split out, but teams will have to figure out where he needs to be utilized, as a tight end, H-Back, or wide receiver. The Texans continue to look at the tight end prospects coming out in the NFL Draft as evidenced by this private workout with Cajuste.
