Fox Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer is known to help NFL-players over the off-season with his unique MMA-style training. The players he has trained include the Giants' Odell Beckham, Titans' DeMarco Murray, Cardinals' Calais Campbell, Eagles' Zach Ertz, Giants' Justin Pugh, Falcon's Ra’Shede Hageman, former Lions' Joique Bell and Falcons' Tyson Jackson to name a few.
Now it appears that Glazer has started working with Houston Texans outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney.
Clowney was spotted with Glazer in Beverley Hills after lunch and Glazer confirmed that he is working with Clowney this off-season.
“He's working his butt off out here." said Glazer of Clowney.
It is always positive signs when you see players take initiative to get better for the upcoming season and that is exactly what Clowney is doing for the 2016 season.
Clowney was plagued by nagging injuries last season but when on the field it was easy to see the impact he made on the field. In 2015, Clowney had 40 total tackles with 8 tackles for loss, 8 quarterback hits and 4.5 sacks.
