2016 Houston Texans Player Profile: Quenton Bundrage

A closer look at the Houston Texans roster heading into the 2016 training camp.

The Rundown

The Houston Texans signed rookie wide receiver Quenton Bundrage after releasing another rookie after they reported for camp. Bundrage measures in at 6'2" and 202 lbs. He ran a 4.46 forty-yard dash at his pro day. While at Iowa State, Bundrage, in 2015, had 41 receptions for 578 yards and 4 touchdowns, while averaging 13.4 yard per reception. His breakout season happened in 2013 when he had 48 receptions for 676 yards and nine touchdowns. In 2014, Bundrage missed the season with a torn ACL which allowed him to garner an injury red-shirt from the NCAA.

Bundrage is behind and when camp arrives and he is going to have to hit the ground running. Bundrage is going to have to soak up as much information as he can every day to make sure he gets good work on film. A big target, Bundrage will help on the outside and have a chance to be seen for practice squad possibilities. Anything can happen and, with his big frame and skill set, Bundrage will be watched closely when camp arrives.

Roster Situation

Has plenty to catch up to being a late addition heading to camp.
