The Houston Texans Add Brandon Dunn From The Practice Squad

The Houston Texans have added Brandon Dunn To The Active Roster.

The Houston Texans continue to shuffle their roster heading into their game with the Minnesota Vikings and have signed defensive lineman Brandon Dunn from the practice squad. Dunn replaces Devon Still who was placed on the injured reserve with an undisclosed injury. (Read Here)

Dunn was signed off the Chicago Bears practice squad last season and appeared in 11 games for the Texans in 2015. Coming into training camp in 2016, Dunn was penciled in as a key contributor for the defensive line rotation and appeared to be headed that way. After an injury slowed him down in camp, he quickly lost his conditioning and was playing catch up on the field. Dunn is clearly a player they are wanting to be a piece of their defensive line rotation.

The Texans defensive line has changed the most over the past week and it should be expected to see Dunn on the active game day roster.
