Oday Aboushi Expected To Start On Sunday for the Houston Texans

With Jeff Allen ruled out for Sunday's game, Oday Aboushi is expected to start for the Houston Texans.

The Houston Texans will have to shuffle their offensive line for Sunday with starting right guard Jeff Allen ruled out with his second concussion of the season. Expect Oday Aboushi to start at right guard for Allen and this would mark the second consecutive start for Aboushi. Against the Indianapolis Colts, Aboushi started for a banged up Xavier Su'a-Filo at left guard before flipping to right guard after Allen went down with his concussion.

This will be Aboushi’s 2nd start of the season and and 7th for the Texans the past two seasons. Primarily a guard, Aboushi has shown ability to set the tone in the run game and be a valuable depth player on the offensive line.

With Aboushi playing right guard, Su’a-Filo will start at left guard.
