The Houston Texans Meet With Minnesota cornerback Jalen Myrick at the NFL Combine in a formal interview according to Jeff Ridson. The Texans continue to use their 60 formal interviews wisely building their draft boards with more information with the draft closing in.
Myrick, in his senior season with the Golden Gophers, started all 13 games and posted 41 total tackles with 11 pas breakups and one interception. He also returned kicks and punts making him a diverse prospect that could help out in more than one spot on the roster if need be.
In four seasons at Minnesota, Myrcik appeared in 40 games at both cornerback and special teams posting 94 total tackles with 3 career interceptions. Playing in the East West Shrine game, the Texans continue to keep an eye on Myrick as the draft process continues.
