The Houston Texans have claimed cornerback Marcus Roberson off waivers from the Buffalo Bills. Roberson was waived by the Bills mid-week and now the Texans will take a shot o nthe 6'0" 194 lbs. cornerback who used to play his college football at Florida.
Roberson was signed as a rookie free agent with the St. Louis Rams in 2014 and spent two seasons there before ending up with the Bills in 2016. Roberson has appeared in 32 games and has 41 total tackles, 8 pass deflections and 1 interception.. In 2016 with the Bills, Roberson appeared in 7 games with only two total tackles.
With the Texans continually looking for cornerback help, Roberson will be added to group that is looking for depth for the upcoming season.
