Adibi Signs on the Dotted Line

Adam Caplan from reports the Houston Texans have reached a four-year contract agreement with fourth-round pick Xavier Adibi.

A league source notes he'll receive a signing bonus for around $452,000 along with the following base salaries: (08) $295,000 (09) $385,000 (10) $470,000 (11) $555,000.

Adibi is the third draft selection of Houston's 2008 draft class to agree to a deal.

The former Virginia Tech outside linebacker opened some eyes with his solid coverage skills during Senior Bowl week practices.
