The news on the Titans general manager search is coming much faster than that of the search for their next head coach.

The Tennessee Titans are searching for a new head coach but the search is not moving at a fast pace at this time.

Interim head coach Mike Mularkey is the only candidate to have been named as being a candidate to interview for the vacant head coaching position with the Tennessee Titans, aftre that there is a lot of rumors but not a lot of substance to who might be in line to interview for the position.

Rumors abound concerning other potential candidates that have been rumored to be part of the 155 names that were on the original list of candidates given to the ownership group before the list was trimmed down.

One of the candidates who mosts people believe is on the list is New England Partiots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, who rumor has it is very interested in the the job because of the chance to work with Titans rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota .

Other top names who have not been confirmed as being interviewed include Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson and Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase, though Gase has interviewed with the Dolphins once and is set for a second interview soon according to reports.

While the search for a new general manager is moving along with multiple confirmed interviews, the news on the coaching front is not moving at the same pace.
