As the media, fnas and other teams continue the quest to determine where the Tennessee Titans ight go with the first overall selection, one comment could give us an indication of that intent.
In an article from Peter King published on Wednesday, King sat down for an hour long interview with Titans new general manager Jon Robinson last week in Indianapolis during the NFL scouting combine.
During that interview, Robinson shared details about his childhood where he came close to death twice during his childhood from kidney failure and how he first attended the Air Force Academy, but hated it there and how his journey took him from college assitant coach to the NFL and now ultimately to his home-state Titans.
It is a good story with many details that Robinson has not shared till this point, but one of the comments in the article- which like everything else he has said is open to interpretation- might be a clue as to the Titans intent with the first overall selection come April. It could also be nothing.
Or was it a subtile jab at Taylor Lewan?
In the article, King quoted Robinson in regard to Ole Miss offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil, who has been the projected pick for the Titans by the majority of meid a pundits since the Titans secured the first pick following last season.
"I think he (Tunsil) likes to block people more that he likes doing talk shows," said Robinson.
Lewan hosted a radio talk show during the 2015 season.
Is it just a coincidence, a jab or an indication?
Let the disection begin.
