Former Dolphins receiver adds young veteran to position group

Titans add another weapon in wide receiver Rishard Matthews.

The Tennessee Titans have agreed to a three-year deal with former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Rishard Matthews, according to a league source with knowledge of the deal.

A former seventh-round selection, Matthews, 26,  produced career highs for receptions (43), yards (662) and touchdowns (four) for the Dolphins in 2015.

Financial terms of the deal are not know at this time. Matthews becomes the fourth addition to the Titans roster with the trade for Philadelphia running back Demarco Murray along with signing free agents in former Dallas quarterback Matt Cassel,  and former Texans center Ben Jones.
