In a bit of a surprise, the Tennessee Titans used their second pick in round two to select Penn State defensive tackle Austin Johnson, adding another big body (6'4" 313) to the defensive line rotation.
An early entrant into the NFL, Johnson leaves Penn State after his junior season having been selected second team All Bi-10 by the media and third team by the leagues coaches after starting 13 games for the Nittany Lions.
He ranked second on the team with 15.0 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks. He also returned a fumble 71 yards for a touchdown in 2015.
Projected as a run stopper, scouts believe that he has interior pass rush ability with some coaching because of his physical abilities
