Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson is a perfect 10 for 10 in signing rookie draft picks in his first season following the announcement on Friday that third-round safety Kevin Byard had agreed to contract terms.

Byard will sign the deal on Monday, completing the class and ensuring that all rookies will be in on time when the Titans report for the start of their training camp on July 29.

Byard was a four-year starter for Middle Tennessee State University and set a school record with 19 career interceptions. As a senior captain, he earned all-conference honors as he totaled 66 tackles and four interceptions for the Blue Raiders. Byard was the Titans' third-round pick (64th overall).
