Kluwe wins special teams award
Vikings punter Chris Kluwe was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance against Arizona, the first time in his career he earned that honor.
Kluwe had four punts against Arizona, totaling 191 yards, averaging 47.8 gross yards per punt and 46.0 net yards. He is second in the league in net average (42.2 yards), and all four of his punts Sunday were inside the opponent's 20-yard-line, placing Arizona at their own 1-yard-line late in the first quarter.
He also ranks first with just 45 return yards allowed among players with 20 or more punts on the season.

Favre up for fan award
Vikings quarterback Brett Favre is one of three QBs nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week after throwing for a career-high 446 yards in a 27-24 overtime win against the Arizona Cardinals.
Favre also completed a career-high 36 passes on 47 attempts.
He is up against New York Giants QB Eli Manning, who completed 21 of 32 passes for 290 yards and three touchdowns in the Giants' 41-7 win over the Seattle Seahawks, and San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers, who completed 17 of 23 passes for 295 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in the Chargers' 29-23 win over the Houston Texans.
