Brian Robison is active for the Vikings after spending the entire week as a limited participant in practice after spraining the AC joint in his right shoulder two weeks ago. Robison was listed as questionable on the injury report and the biggest question mark during the week, but he is expected to start.
CB Antoine Winfield will play and was also listed as questionable with a fractured bone in his hand, but he has been expected to be available all week.
Also inactive for the Vikings are QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson, WR Stephen Burton, CB Brandon Burton, S Robert Blanton, LB Audie Cole, T Troy Kropog and DE D'Aundre Reed.
The biggest news on Sunday's inactive list was Green Bay receiver Randall Cobb not playing because of knee and ankle injuries. He is their leading receiver with 80 catches for 954 yards and eight touchdowns, and doubles as a dangerous return man, averaging 25.4 yards on 38 kickoff returns this year and 9.4 yards on 31 punt returns, including a 75-yard touchdown in Week 1.
Cobb was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report.
Also for Green Bay, RB James Starks and S Charles Woodson were ruled out during the week, and CB Davon House was listed as doubtful on Friday. They join LB Terrell Manning, WR Donald Driver and DT Joran Miller on the inactive list.
