St. Louis Rams missing key parts vs. Minnesota Vikings

The St. Louis Rams ruled out all three starters against the Minnesota Vikings that were listed as questionable on Friday.

The strength of the St. Louis Rams defense has been their defensive line, where they have five former first-round draft picks. Two of those are inactive Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.

DE Chris Long was ruled out on Friday, but their other starting defensive end, Robert Quinn, is also inactive with injury.

Two other key starters that were listed as questionable on Friday are also inactive – S T.J. McDonald and OT Rob Havenstein.

The Rams chose not to listed their replacement starters on defense, but on the offensive line backup tackle Andrew Donnal will start at left guard for Garrett Reynolds, who is moving to right tackle in place of Havenstein.

For the Vikings, LB Anthony Barr is active and will start, but MLB Eric Kendricks, who was ruled out on Friday, will be replaced by Audie Cole. DT Sharrif Floyd was also ruled out on Friday and will be replaced by Tom Johnson for the third straight game.

Also inactive for the Vikings are QB Taylor Heinicke, C Nick Easton, T Jeremiah Sirles, TE Chase Ford and DE Justin Trattou.

For the Rams, joining their starters on the inactive list are backups – QB Sean Mannion, DT Doug Worthington and RB Chase Reynolds.
