For those at Sunday's game, the sight of Randy Moss leaving the field prior to the on-side kick attempt with two seconds left in the game was something many of them missed. However, TV cameras didn't miss it and it became the talk of the NFL world.
Monday his teammates reacted. Teammates Daunte Culpepper and Matt Birk both denounced the decision by Moss, saying that he needs to be more in touch with what the rest of his teammates are doing and how his decisions affect others.
Moss has been villified for leaving the field early, even though there was little to no chance that he would be needed on the field. As always, Moss had no comment for the media about the incident.
* The 2005 schedule for the Vikings is set. Along with home and road games vs. the Packers, Lions and Bears, the Vikings will get the Rams, Saints, Buccaneers, Browns and Steelers at home as well as the Giants, Falcons, Panthers, Ravens and Bengals on the road.
