Culpepper again didn't practice on Saturday, although he did come outside toward the end of the workout.
Afterward, Culpepper was told of Cameron's comment and said, "Cool." He then proceeded to say that all he was going to do from that point on was come to the facility and work out and that he was done talking.
He did hand reporters a prepared statement, which he had made 20 copies of.
The statement ends with Culpepper saying he has asked the NFLPA legal department to look into his situation.
Dolphins player rep Jay Feely says he has spoken to both Cameron and Culpepper, who acts as his own agent, and says he has no problem with either side.
Culpepper is hoping to get released, but the Dolphins still have hopes of getting a draft pick in return, although any trade probably would require Culpepper to redo his contract, something he has said he will not do.
