As if Daunte Culpepper hasn't had enough controversy surrounding him in recent days, he was involved in a two-car accident Wednesday night that, although not sustaining any significant injuries, was a potentially serious accident.
While information is sketchy thusfar – VU will update this story as more news comes in – he was travelling in his vintage 1975 Caprice Classic convertible on a South Florida highway when he was rear-ended by another motorist. He suffered an injury to his left (non-throwing) hand, but X-rays were taken as a precaution and showed no breaks or ligament tears.
As this story develops, VU will update the story and specifics of the accident as police reports are filed.
