The Vikings added four more players to the practice squad Monday afternoon.
The four players are guard Brian Daniels, safety Tyler Everett, wide receiver Joel Filani and running back Arkee Whitlock.
Daniels had survived the cutdown to 53 players, but was released Sunday when the Vikings signed tight end Garrett Mills on a waiver claim from the Patriots. Whitlock opened training camp with the team, but was released in order to make room for Adrian Peterson when he ended his five-day holdout. Everett was on the Bears practice squad last year and was activated for the last three games of the regular season. Filani was a sixth-round draft pick of the Titans this year who was among their final cuts.
With the signings, the Vikings still have one opening on the practice squad.
