Mock draft sneak peek

We're putting the finishing touches on Version 1.0 of the annual Viking Update mock draft, but here is sneak peek of who we have going where (for now).

Each year, we at Viking Update throw our prognostication hat in the ring and lay out the reasons for how we see the April draft class shaking out. At this point, we're basing our first-round projections on player talent and need. Several other factors will contribute to how we modify our mock draft – re-signing of key players, losing players to free agency, signing free agents, the Combine, etc.

In the next day or two, we will release Version 1.0 of our mock draft, laying out who we believe will go where and why. But, until then, here is our first round mock draft order by team (analysis will follow):
