SHOT Show 2015: NAH Booth Prep

Day No. 1 of SHOT Show 2015 is in the books, and traffic on the floor was good, which is a great sign of a healthy hunting/shooting industry.

If you’re curious what the 2015 North American Hunter booth looks like this year, check out the photo above. I took this smartphone pic just moments before the doors opened to members of the hunting/shooting/law enforcement/military community.

The NAH booth looks great, and one of my favorite images showcased on the booth is shown below. NAH members are serious hunters, for sure, but they’re also serious dads, moms and mentors, and I think this image really speaks of NAH’s desire to pass along hunting/shooting traditions to the next generation.

I’ll end this post with a “celebrity sighting” from the SHOT Show press room. Shown below is none other than frequent NAH contributor Al Voth. Our predator writer was finishing up a story about some cool new rifles he spotted at the Show. (And yes, what you see in the foreground is my breakfast; as you can see, we editors live like kings when visiting Vegas.)
