Quality Over Quantity During Archery Practice

Gordy Krahn talks about how an auto accident and an injured shoulder have caused him to take a more focused approach to his archery practice.

For new bowhunters or any bowhunter that's had an injury it only makes sense to focus more on quality practice vs. spending too much time slinging arrows that aren't accurate.

Always make the first shot count similar to what happens during a hunt.
Focus on technique with every shot; breath properly, draw smoothly and always be sure to follow through.
When fatigue sets in and your accuracy suffers call it quits and come back the next day.
