Pulled from an African special edition of North American Hunter, this segment features two different hunts from the dark continent. The show was prompted partly by the realization that it has become more accessible and affordable to do a safari hunt in recent years.
The first outing is from Bill Miller's first trip there, where he pursues a warthog with his rifle. The safari-style hunting was new to him, but getting in close and finding the shot is something he knows well.
The second is a kudu encounter from Larry Weishuhn's archive. Larry is an Avid hunter of Africa, and he also is a master of finding his shot when the moment comes.
