The American bison is a powerhouse of stamina, survivability, and evolution. It can withstand the harshest conditions, the most tenacious weather, and any predator nature can throw at it.
Yet two foreigners to Yellowstone National Park last week thought one looked cold so they threw it in the back of their SUV.
According to East Idaho News, Karen Richardson was visiting the park when a father and son drove up in an SUV demanding to speak to a ranger. They stated that the bison calf they had in their vehicle was freezing and dying.
A ranger did show up…
And promptly wrote them a ticket for harassing wildlife.
Does no one know anything anymore?
