Four kayak anglers continue their 100 mile canoe fishing expedition through upstate New York.

Join Robert Field, Rex Del Rey, Ben Duchesney and Mark Vlaskamp as they journey 100 miles through the Northern Forest Canoe Trail in upstate New York. They'll face grueling portages, icy rapids, beaver dams and snow storms while catching big fish along the way.

In Part 3, the guys have had their mental and physical strength tested already, but the challenges aren't over. On Day 5, they'll have to cross Long Lake, a body of water that earned its name for a reason. With big water and constant crosswinds, they'll have to just shut up and paddle to finish the entire crossing in one day. On Day 6, they'll endure two more grueling portages before getting lost in Stoney Creek. As they backtrack to find their way, the odds of them completing the journey on time are rapidly decreasing.

Watch to the end for a sneak peek at Part 4, which will air one week after this episode.
