Anderson and Brown Win American Dream Tourney
The 2011 Kota's American Dream Tournament was held this past Saturday on Wheeler Lake. The tournament saw roughly 60 teams battle the elements for a chance to win a trip of a lifetime to fish for bass and learn about the bass fishing culture in Japan with Kota Kiryama. The tournament was won by Pat Anderson and Michael Brown who had five bass that weighed 19.23 pounds. Their catch included some big smallmouth and largemouth.
Finishing second was the team of pro angler and guide Jimmy Mason and Lance Walker of Browning Sunglasses with a five-bass limit weighing 17.72 pounds.
