Northwest Hot 100 final rankings are out

SEATTLE - The Northwest Hot 100 can now be put to bed for the class of 2008. Spanning five states and one province, there are 27 schools represented, from BCS conferences all the way down to NAIA Division-1. The top-20 didn't change much, but there was a new entry into the top-25, and the Oregon State Beavers had the two biggest risers in the group.

Red Raiders Close in on Decision

KAHUKU, Hawai'i - Kahuku's Paipai Falemalu was all set to go to the mainland for college, but something interesting happened on the way to the airport - June Jones moved to Texas. And that move prompted Hawai'i to hire Greg McMackin as the Warriors' new head coach, and everything has changed in regards to UH and North Shore football.

Trip Report - Paipai Falemalu

SEATTLE - It was supposed to be a fact-finding tour for Paipai Falemalu and his Mother Robyn when they decided to officially visit Washington. He knew he still had at least two more schools to visit before making a final decision. But during his UW visit, the 6-foot-4, 215-pound LB from Kahuku, Hawai'i had thoughts - but they weren't enough to cause Falemalu to deviate from his plan.

SEATTLE - It's that time again. After weeks and weeks of hitting the road in search of the best players in the region, after hours and hours of looking at movies without the benefit of popcorn and junior mints, after too many nights in Best Western hotel rooms than at is ready to unleash it's revised rankings for the Northwest Hot 100.
