Terrell Combs Leaves Gopher Football Program

University Of Minnesota head football coach Tim Brewster has announced that sophomore defensive lineman Terrell Combs (Lexington, Ky.) has left the squad. Combs moved from defensive line to tight end late in the 2008 season, but shifted back to the defensive line in the spring of 2009.

D.L. Wilhite Makes a Minnesota Commitment

D.L. Willhite, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound running back/defensive end from Lexington (KY) Bryan Station, committed to the Gophers Tuesday morning, according to sources close to the program. Wilhite made an official visit to Minnesota this past weekend and attended the Gophers game versus Purdue.
