Bowers Stays In-State

When talking to Ona, W.Va., product Cole Bowers, you always got the feeling that West Virginia would be the place when and if they extended him a scholarship offer. That came to fruition a while ago and after taking a visit to West Virginia this past weekend Bowers quickly decided to end his recruitment and join his new family in Morgantown.

Cole Bowers has no current favorites, but has now secured offers from both in-state schools in West Virginia and Marshall. The Ona, W.Va., product also grabbed another offer on an unofficial visit to Virginia recently and is receiving interest from a few other programs as well. Bowers talked to us about both of his recent visits as well as what he has on tap.

Bowers Bulking Up

Ona, W.V., isn't too far from Marshall University, so it was no surprise when Cole Bowers picked up his first scholarship offer quickly from the Thundering Herd, however he is still waiting for other schools to step up their amount of interest. After sending his film out a few months ago more schools have been in contact and he will be taking visits in the spring.
