Jasmine Lister has been a fixture of the women's basketball team throughout her three years at Vanderbilt. Starting every game since she donned the black and gold, she led the SEC in minutes played this year with an average 36.5 minutes per game. Last week she took a few minutes to talk with VandyMania on transitioning into her senior season.

Four Vanderbilt starters scored in double figures as Vanderbilt bounced back from their loss in Columbia on Thursday with a 78-58 victory over the Arkansas Razorbacks. Jasmine Lister led the Dores with 19 points, followed by Christina Foggie with 18, Tiffany Clarke with 15, and Elan Brown just missed a double double with 10 points and nine rebounds.

Vanderbilt's exhibition game on Saturday evening gave fans their first look at the team's freshmen, including Kendall Shaw and Heather Bowe who both scored in double figures in the 81-53 win. But unfortunately for the Dores, the biggest news of the game was an apparently serious injury to junior post Stephanie Holzer.

On Saturday afternoon the Hoops Crew, the booster group for women's basketball, hosted their annual picnic for women's basketball fans, players and staff. Although the coaches were on the road recruiting, all sixteen players attended. Whitney D. shares her photos from the event.

Vanderbilt's 2011-2012 season came to an end Tuesday night in the second round of the NCAA tournament as the #2-seeded Duke Blue Devils defeated the #7-seeded Commodores 96-80. Four Dores scored in double figures, led by Christina Foggie with 26 points.
