Many players commented on the developments in the offseason, thanks to new strength coach Ross Kolodziej. Today, Kolodziej gives us a look inside the program, and how it's set up.
Asked if this is a close group because the majority was recruited by the current staff, head coach Paul Chryst credits the players. Some of the players think so, but for a senior in Matt Rotheram, it's tough to tell if this is the closest team he's been on in his five years with the program.
A quick glimpse of the offensive line this spring includes five players who started last year, two recovering from injuries, a group of four redshirt freshmen playing in their first spring and the wait of three incoming freshmen this fall. Things continue to progress, but there's always an obstacle to overcome.
